Material Specifications & Traceability
Please provide the product form, material standard and edition, grade or alloy, dimensions, quantity, material condition and surface finish. Include any tolerance, inspection, documentation and delivery requirements, together with drawings where applicable.
Please specify the standard and edition you require. The same grade or alloy designation does not automatically establish compliance with another standard. HTN reviews the applicable requirements and confirms the proposed supply specification before order acceptance.
The size ranges published on our product pages describe the overall supply range. Availability varies by grade, standard, dimensions and material condition. The exact specification, quantity and availability are confirmed during quotation.
Tolerances are confirmed against the applicable standard and any agreed drawing or purchase specification. Please identify critical dimensions and requirements such as straightness, flatness or surface roughness, where relevant.
State the required material condition and surface finish separately. HTN confirms the available combination for the selected grade, product form and dimensions during quotation. Please also specify any machining allowance or subsequent processing requirements.
Please state the required test items, methods, sampling plan and acceptance criteria. HTN reviews feasibility, costs and the effect on lead time. Agreed inspection or independent testing requirements are recorded in the order specification.
HTN checks the correspondence between material or package identification, heat or lot numbers and the relevant original mill documents. Where cutting or repacking is required, agreed labels and records maintain the link to the source material and its documents. Please specify any piece-level marking or other traceability requirements before order acceptance.
Ordering & Delivery
HTN is a titanium materials supplier. We source materials from evaluated manufacturing partners and coordinate order specifications, material documentation and delivery.
Minimum order quantities and sample availability depend on the grade, dimensions, material condition and supply route. Please send your requirements so we can confirm available options, sample quantities and related costs.
Availability and lead time are confirmed during quotation based on the required grade, dimensions, material condition and quantity. Additional testing, cutting or special processing may affect the schedule. Published product ranges do not mean that every specification is held in stock.
Original mill test certificates (MTCs), heat or lot traceability records and supplementary inspection or third-party test reports can be provided as agreed for each order. Required documents and their availability are confirmed before order acceptance. Supplementary sample reports do not replace the original mill MTC required for that order.
Payment terms, shipping arrangements and delivery terms are specified in the quotation and confirmed before order acceptance. Please provide the delivery destination and any preferred shipping requirements so we can confirm the available arrangements.
