Medical Titanium for Implant and Medical Device Applications
HTN supplies commercially pure titanium and Ti-6Al-4V ELI raw materials for medical-device and implant manufacturing, with ASTM F67 and ASTM F136 as our core specifications. Product forms, dimensions and supply conditions are confirmed against each inquiry. Material documentation and heat/lot traceability requirements are agreed before order acceptance.
Medical Titanium Products
Medical Titanium Bar & Rod
Medical titanium bars and rods are supplied as machining stock for implant and medical-device components, including screws, rods, connectors and dental components. Grade, dimensions, supply condition and documentation are confirmed against the customer′s specification.
Medical Titanium Plate & Sheet
Medical titanium plate and sheet are used for plate-type, thin-section, formed, and machined medical components. Typical applications include trauma fixation plates, cranio-maxillofacial components, orthopedic plates, and other medical-device parts requiring controlled thickness, formability, strength, and material documentation. Material grade, thickness, supply condition and any forming requirements should be specified by the customer.
Medical Titanium Wire
Medical titanium wire is available for further processing into medical-device components, subject to the specified grade, diameter, supply condition and inspection requirements. Please provide your intended application and technical specification for quotation.
Medical Titanium Featured Applications
HTN supplies titanium bars, sheets, plates and wires from qualified mills for medical manufacturing. Explore typical applications and related material options below. Material specifications, dimensions, delivery condition and documentation requirements are confirmed for each order.
Orthopedic Trauma
Titanium materials are used in the manufacture of bone screws, fixation plates and other trauma fixation components. Bars provide stock for machined parts, while sheets and plates provide stock for plate components. Material selection depends on the device design and specified manufacturing requirements.
Related Material Options

Spinal Applications
Titanium alloys are used in spinal fixation components such as pedicle screws, connecting rods and connectors. Titanium bars provide starting material for machining these components. Alloy, dimensions, delivery condition and inspection requirements are specified by the device manufacturer.
Related Material Options
Craniomaxillofacial Applications
Titanium materials are used in cranial and maxillofacial fixation components, including plates, meshes and screws. Sheets and plates provide starting material for plate and mesh fabrication, while bars provide stock for machined fasteners. Material and processing requirements depend on the intended device design.

Medical Instrument Components
Titanium can be selected for non-implant instrument components where low weight and corrosion resistance are required, such as handles, housings and selected fixtures. HTN supplies titanium stock for machining and fabrication to customer specifications. Material selection also considers cleaning, sterilization and service conditions.
Related Material Options
Application examples are illustrative. Material selection and finished-device validation remain the responsibility of the device manufacturer.
Discuss Your Medical Titanium Requirements
Please provide the material specification, grade or alloy, product form, dimensions, quantity and required quality documents. HTN will review supply availability and confirm the quotation scope.
Medical Titanium Standards & Materials
HTN supplies commercially pure titanium and titanium alloys under several ASTM specifications commonly used for surgical implant material applications. Material selection should be based on the required grade, product form, mechanical properties, processing requirements, and applicable customer or regulatory specifications.
| Standard | Material / Grade | Material Type |
| ASTM F67 | Grade 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 | Unalloyed commercially pure titanium |
| ASTM F136 | Grade 23 / Ti-6Al-4V ELI | Extra-low-interstitial alpha-beta titanium alloy |
| ASTM F1295 | Ti-6Al-7Nb | Vanadium-free alpha-beta titanium alloy |
| ASTM F1472 | Grade 5 / Ti-6Al-4V | Alpha-beta titanium alloy |
Available product forms, dimensions, conditions, and supplementary requirements depend on the applicable specification and individual order.
Quality & Traceability for Medical Titanium
HTN coordinates material sourcing and documentation for medical titanium orders. Original mill MTC/MTR and heat/lot identification can be provided as agreed for each order. Representative third-party test reports are available for review; they apply to the identified samples and do not replace order-specific documentation. ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certificates are presented with their certified scope.
